Can I request songs?
Of course! For all of our Ceremony music bookings, our clients send us their song requests to learn. You tell us what song you'd like to walk down the aisle to and we'll learn it for you!
This also goes for the Reception music. Feel free to give us a list of preferred artists and we'll be sure to sing our hearts out!
What is included in the Quote?
The quote includes paying our incredible musicians, utilizing our sound equipment, hours of administration, spending hours in rehearsal learning material and travel time. In addition to hours of playing time, we are required to arrive hours prior to the event to set-up, and will leave hours later to pack up. This usually means having a whole day blocked out for an event. The quote ensures all elements of work are covered.
How much is the travel fee?
We charge $80 per hour for travel. With a minimum of $50 per booking. This fee will include travelling for the dress rehearsal if needed. If any artist(s) are required for a dress rehearsal the day/night before the wedding and the location exceeds a 2 hour travel time, we will kindly request for reimbursement of accommodation. This ensures the artist(s) has adequate rest and avoids the long commute back and forth.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
Upon blocking out your date, we are saying no to any future clients. Paying a deposit upon booking ensures your date is secured with us. In addition we know how financially taxing events can be, hence why we don't request for the whole amount upon booking. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.
Can I have a family or friend sing a song?
Most certainly! We love seeing loved ones take the stage. Just let us know in advance so we can schedule a quick rehearsal either at the dress rehearsal or right before the event.
Do your services include mc'ing?
Our artists can make small announcements in-between sets, however they are not to MC the whole event.
Do you provide your own sound equipment?
We can provide our own sound equipment. This is a separate cost added to your quote as we understand some venues have sound systems provided. However, it is highly recommended for us to utilize our own equipment.
How do you turn my story into a song?
We will set-up a meeting with our Songwriting Team, where they will ask you about your story. We will then send you a draft that you will approve with some feedback. The final song will then be sung at your Wedding and will be professionally recorded for you to keep forever.
